Business owners in Kuwait moving off Excel
Track attendance, leave and a KWD salary ledger in one dashboard instead of a spreadsheet.
WatheeqaHR supports Kuwaiti companies with a KWD salary ledger (3 decimal places), attendance import, leave management, and Kuwait-specific end-of-service and PIFSS contribution calculations. End-of-service follows the indemnity formula in Labour Law 6/2010 (Articles 51-53); PIFSS contributions follow the published fund structure (Basic, Supplementary, Pension Increase, Financial Remuneration and Unemployment funds) for Kuwaiti-national employees. Both are calculated from the stated law and published rates. Review the employment contract and separation details before paying. WatheeqaHR does not file PIFSS contributions or any other statutory submission in Kuwait.
Set the company country to Kuwait and review employee salaries in KWD with three decimal places. Confirm the workweek and public holidays for the company.
Import the original Excel or CSV export, link device identifiers to employees and review missing punches and leave before generating salary lines.
Review the monthly salary ledger and the modeled end-of-service and PIFSS calculations with your accountant. A Kuwait WPS bank file is not currently included.

Use the Law 6/2010 calculation as the basis, then review the contract and separation details before the employee's final settlement.
Use the fund-by-fund PIFSS calculation as a cross-check against what's actually remitted, not as the filing itself.
Yes, using the formula in Labour Law 6/2010, Articles 51-53. Review the employment contract and separation details before paying.
WatheeqaHR calculates the PIFSS contribution across its five funds for Kuwaiti-national employees, for your own records. It does not file or remit PIFSS contributions — that remains your company's responsibility through the official channel.
Cross-border GCC-national PIFSS contribution routing is not modeled — those employees show no statutory-contribution calculation and need to be handled manually with your accountant.
Yes. Kuwaiti dinar amounts are tracked and displayed to 3 decimal places throughout the salary ledger and payslips.
